I've been having a lot of tightness in my neck and shoulder area and they've been able to discover the pain points and work through those while giving me physical therapy in person and practices to do at home. I used to be uncomfortable every day and the discomfort decreases every day. These people know what they're talking about!
I went in specifically expecting a stretch session, but unfortunately, that’s not what I received. The provider I had barely stretched me and instead spent most of the session giving me what felt more like a massage. While the massage itself was okay, that’s not what I paid for. I left feeling disappointed because I specifically booked a stretch and didn’t feel like I received the service I requested. For the price, it honestly felt like a waste of money.
