Yesterday I had an amazing session Mini Alchemy, Sauna and Cryo. I left feeling calm, refreshed and grounded . Deb was fabulous at putting us at ease and helping me drop into a calm state. Just what I needed . Thank you so much for creating a special for the Sunrise Sisterhood
I often feel exhausted after the worm week but coming in on Saturdays helps pick me up and have the energy I need to enjoy the weekend with my family. If you are unsure I was too. I decided to give it a go. I've never looked after my body so well until now. The biggest change is prior to starting I was so deregulated and my system was fried . I don't feel like that anymore, I have regained my power and my mental compasity.
