My experience has been nothing short of life-changing. The staff has been super helpful: whenever I had court I was written a progress letter, whenever I had emotional breakdowns I was provided one-on-one time with a staff member, and whenever I needed advice the staff was accommodating to my inquiries. I can't express how grateful I am to have chosen this program for my recovery. I had a really positive experience with this outpatient program. From the moment I arrived, the environment felt welcoming and supportive. The staff truly make a difference—they are kind, attentive, and genuinely caring in the way they interact with everyone. Thank you to the staff at Recovery is a Beach. I’m not sure if I agree that “Recovery is a Beach.” Recovery is very difficult but for some of us. It’s not a Beach. Recovery is a necessity to being alive and is the only thing we have left to live a normal life and not end up in jail or worse. I will say that if recovery is a goal, this place is probably the best facility in Southern California.
