I have been going there for 7 years. This place literally saved my life. They are very understanding and work with you on many levels. I moved and I can go to the clinic by me but I drive the 60 miles every month to go there to get my meds.This was the only thing that worked for me and thank God it did.
I love it here it’s like my own personal family. The staff is great. But recently it's a problem with the insurance they say I have to pay $20 weekly because my insurance didn't pay but they have not given me proof of the months not paid I have my proof. But yet I have to wait and see there proof it's been almost 30 days now I have been paying that's not legal and on top of that they have billed 2 of my insurance
Now the receptionists, the 2 nurses who give you your methadone and perhaps 2 counselors deserve 5 stars. Whoever determines if you're coming every day, once a week, etc... Must relish misery in others, b/c on my 40th B-day. I get sent back to a code 6. They couldn't wait 1 more week to do it.
