I just called, looking for MAT for myself. The lady that answered was extremely rude! She asked if I had private insurance or Medicaid. I told her Medicaid, and she said in the rudest way possible, “honey we don’t take that insurance. You’re gonna have to call the back of your card!” And then HUNG UP before I could even say anything else. Very unprofessional.
This is an amazing and freaking awesome place!!
The RCI in Gallatin TN is ok not the best recovery program it was ok for a friend of mine but after a different manager took over the house it wasn't good, and there's no support there in th house if you relapse the 1st go to is to throw them out instead of getting them the support they need! There's no structure there at the house. A lot of turn over and I feel if there was more meetings and counseling there they would be more success! Highly recommend if a different option is available go with it, it's more about the money... read more
