I was here for 5 days in 2023. They mixed up my medications, forgot to order some of them, and did not provide my special diet so much that I was in more pain when I went in than when I went out. Not due to my withdrawl symptoms, but my stomach symptoms, which I have fully under control at home when proper medications are taken.
