A deeply disappointing and misleading experience — avoid at all costs I’m writing this review in hopes of helping others avoid what I went through. From the CEO to the direct care staff and the counselors in between say the right things, they speak very well and sound genuine. Their words are pumped up with promises, virtues, and morals. But actions are so empty the words become platitudes . Staff would feel better after saying the right things . Leaving clients hurt and in worse shape.
