Im on my husband's HIPA. He has been there over a week and no calls on any updates. They won't call you back. Only supervised phone calls, my husband sounds like a robot. They are aiding in a potential divorce because I dont know who he even is and sounds as if he is being coached on what to say or heavily medicared. I spent 30 days there counselor were helpful in my recovery. RCA brought outside recovery for us which was a big help. I have been sober ever since I left 2 1/2 years ago.
Nobody answers the phone at this facility. This is very irresponsible and cruel.
RCA Lighthouse is doing incredible things! The staff from the CEO to food services to the Support staff and so on are second to none. This is an experience you will not find at other treatment centers. The facility is clean and comfortable and the program is fantastic. If you need treatment, call RCA Lighthouse!
I can honestly say this is beyond 0. Wanting for detox only . Stay was suppose to be 5-7 days . 7 days if you took volume , which I declined after first day . Can’t get in touch with anyone for complaint or to get my medical Doctor my medical reports . I did not take my chemo meds in the night of admission.
