First off, the staff here is fantastic. Everyone, the case managers, nurses, RSS's, maintence, food service staff and more were all the best group of people I could ever care to meet. I never felt like I didn't have the option to reach out to any staff member if I really had something I needed to get out. That being said, whoever is the highest up who make the choices regarding patient safety and regulations here is doing an abysmal job.
