This place was exactly what I needed to start my sober journey. Between the group classes, counselors and staff I was given the tools I needed to continue my sober life. The cottages were comfortable and welcoming, medical staff was also attentive and caring. Facilities were clean and updated as well, can’t say thank you to all who helped me enough! The alumni continue to do monthly check ins and are responsive to any questions you may have.
This place charge me $12.300 dollars for my brother for a 30 day stay and didn't even help him like someone else posted second day he was send to hospital he was released back to RCA then send home early stating he finished his program came home back the same we found a place that didn't charge us and they helped him and he is doing good people stay away from this place they over charge people for nothing I imagine people that have insurance the insurance have to be getting ripe off there money

My 19 year old son was in RCA for 30 days back in August of 2023. When admitted, I was told our insurance (United Healthcare) was in-network and was setup with a payment plan where I paid a total of $7,239.98. UHC is not in-network. In June of 2024, I received a bill from RCA showing that the insurance had only paid $1601 of $9683 owed by them and that we owed an additional $3407. My husband is currently there. I have had no problems with communication or staff. Rehabilitation is what the addict makes of it. This is not supposed to be the Hilton resort and medical staff is doing their BEST for your loved one.
