Staff is great and they listen to you and do everything rhey can to make it as comfortable as possible. Made alot of new people i consider friends
My husband went there, he only saw psychiatrist only once on day 1, they changed his meds, called the nurse asking why they changed the meds, they explained me that because there is no notes from doctor, nurse doesn’t know the reason for it, I explained the importance on the meds, but no response from them after repeated asking for the team to call me back for more info, no answer, keep calling the facility, no one answering the phone, go to voicemail saying to leave a message and someone will pass the message, no response, ... read more
