You're a joke. only care about money. NOT saving lives. Should be ashamed. Pathetic.
left with no heat for 7 days then when threaten to report it they finally moved us to a different unit and got us pizza to make up for it. staff ok but when homophobic behavior came about they ignored me and it continued so i left without completing treatment. bad experience overall.
RecommendedOut of all the treatments I have been to this one is by far the most amazing. The staff give you the love and respect that after being on the streets you need. They treat you like people and actually care. The facility is cleaned every single day and the cleaning crew is amazing. The rooms are shared with someone else but set up so that you have your own little space in the room and your own tv. RecommendedI usually tell a long wonderful story, but saving it for my return trip to speak one day ( hint, hint ) lol, celebrating1 year and 3 months clean , first time in 30 years and all started at RCA.
