This place has really gone down since I first been there. All the good workers have long gone. It is all about the money With this corporation. I hear people complaining about the wristband and happen to have it scanned Every so often depending on what tier your on the Reason for this is because someone died on the premises detoxing or overdosed And they have to do this now. So if it keeps your family member alive by doing that, I know it’s a pain in the ass, but it’s definitely worth it.
This was my first experience with a rehab center. RCA really made me feel welcome and heard. I left there with confidence that I would be able to continue with my recovery and have success. The alumni meetings and activities are so important and make me feel like I always have someone to turn to for support and encouragement. I am 3 years sober and very happy with my decision to come to RCA. Thank you so much!
I hate leaving negative reviews. Especially because I have never been a patient at this facility. But I am hoping my review can help loved ones like me who are trying to determine what would be the best facility for their family to go. My mother entered this treatment center after an extremely traumatic situation with my father that resulted in self harm and drinking. RCA saved my life. I came here in April and I would not be here if it wasn't for this center. For the first time in decades I finally have my life back. The group facilitators were great and the staff care about you getting better! If you are an addict or alcoholic this is a place for you to come heal and recover! It's nice to go back for alumni meetings and events which are setup by the alumni coordinator Joey who is awesome!
