Don't send a loved one here if you plan on never hearing about their progress from their therapist. My loved one had the therapist Christina and she called me once to say they arrived and that was it. I knew nothing about their treatment going forward. Also if you plan on trying to contact a clinical director or executive director to express this lack of communication dont bother, they dont care. If i could give zero stars I would. I would strongly caution anyone considering this facility. This place participated in admitting a fully grown 32-year-old man under circumstances that were not transparent or respectful of his autonomy. He was taken to a location far from home without having a real say in where he was going. Yes, he was willing to get help but that does not mean stripping someone of their right to choose where and how they receive treatment. You cant imagine the incredible experience at RCA. I was being weaned off valium (post AFIB) and needed to be monitored. But I went to most of the sessions with these healing addicted people. Seeing these people getting their green bracelet and the smiles and friendliness was life changing and responded to them with congratulations.
