They took money from me as a deductible that they weren't suppose too as all of pockets were met. They refused to refund. I'm in process of complaint against them with attorney general of Pa looks like I'm not the only one they upsell to your insurance for services not rendered

I was an inpatient at Devon facility& was amazed at the high quality of this rehab. RCA provided every possible treatment module; CBT, MAT, 12 steps, sociology, psychological, biological education. Patients are individualized into specific programs to fit their needs, such as Pathways 1-3. Don't send a loved one here if you plan on never hearing about their progress from their therapist. My loved one had the therapist Christina and she called me once to say they arrived and that was it. I knew nothing about their treatment going forward. Also if you plan on trying to contact a clinical director or executive director to express this lack of communication dont bother, they dont care. If i could give zero stars I would.
