I’ve been seeing the psych here for about 6 months, and since then they have changed their office hours multiple times with no notifications, so the last time I went to my scheduled appointment, the office was closed. The pharmacy is open at erratic hours and the hours listed in the pharmacy are wrong. They aren’t open Wednesday or Friday, so I’m spending this weekend withdrawing from my psych meds. This place has changed for the absolute worst and it doesn't want to see you succeed or recover. I've been coming here for years and im definitely a model patient and they punished me for something that was out of my control today. Now im put back down to two weeks. Im a college student full time, work full time, three kids and a wife.. and they want to stress me out to the point where im seriously considering relapsing today.
I have been here 7 years almost and I thought this was a great place to go to. Bad side is that something changes it seems every few months. Ive had to change my insurance numerous times. Worst is leaving a message for the Dr to call back and get nothing. Really thought they cared but seems like a money racket to me. Guess ill just quit cold turkey because there is NO coming off program and im not paying several hundred dollars just to feel normal.
Doc Heather is amazing! She always takes the time to make sure things are headed in the right direction. The counselors are also great. Im so glad I found this treatment center.
else here 6wemoS$200 a visit!!! That's half my paycheck. I'll go sick before I will work half a week to get my prescription. What the hell do they need another $60 Dollars for? Only thing they do is piss test you and hand you drugs. I call shenanigans. Change it or I'll go
