I can’t rate no lower than a 1 or I would had put a damn ZERO!! They towed my mother truck and when we came out and talk to the tow truck driver he said we couldn’t get the car but call at 9am. We did that and the owner told us we can get the truck and how much it will be but once we arrived they done damage the side of my mother truck and someone else truck! Owner is a disgusting human. Laughing on the phone like the joker, extremely rude and cursing at me. I wouldn’t mind paying the outrageous over charged fee for the towing but the behavior made it 1000% worst. I pray every day that this owner gets the help he needs. Mental illness is a serious issue and he needs help .
I think everyone is giving a 1-star review because we can't give anything lower. Adding to one other review that mentioned that owner is a cop - when we tried recovering it - we saw the guy carrying a vest which said SHERIFF. So, may be he is. The signboard where our car was towed mentioned that the towing charges are 225$. However, they demanded nearly twice of that.
