I’ve been going to Shaniqua for years & I couldn’t imagine going to anyone else! She really has a gift for massage & I always feel like a new person after a session. I struggle with stubborn neck/shoulder tightness but she always knows just how to get me relief. I couldn’t recommend her more!! Do yourself a favor & book her if you want the best massage of your life!
Started working with Shaniqua back in January and now coming up on almost three months. These last two months have been eye opening to say the least. Shaniqua at Recover Me Therapy is absolutely incredible. She does my sports massages, and I truly don’t trust anyone else with my body. She is extremely knowledgeable and intuitive — she knows exactly what your body needs, even before you do. Shaniqua is very professional and knowledge massage therapist. Assessed my issues, worked on them using different massage methods as well as various physical therapy methods. She even gave me a home recovery plan to help me on the road to recovery. She’s very passionate about her craft and enjoys what she does. I highly recommend anyone to utilize her services if you want to take care of your body!!! Especially the athletes and former athletes like myself. 10/10 recommend
