SCAM!!! Buyer beware!! They said new and it wasn't didn't even come with the cords. Clicked the "customer service" link and got an error. Ive email many times and no answer. But they took my money really fast. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!
We recently received a portable DVD player or Christmas. We then went on a vacation and took the DVD player with us and it stopped working. Unfortunately Recoup it who says, "We stand by our products," insists that our merchandise is out of the 30 day return period. Funny how that works. Do they really stand by their product.
