Never to late to express gratitude for Great Customer Service. One of my "to-do" list items was the decluttering of old outdated personal items and documents. Needless to say, I had quite the stockpile of personal documents to shred. Given the number of boxes I had, it was important I find a place that best suited my needs and was cost efficient. Very professional company. Seamless transition from the old storage company to RecordXpress. Every phone call response was timely and efficient. Easy to speak to a real person. Emails were answered promptly. Staff that picked up boxes were friendly and polite. No complaints whatsoever. A+ service! Another bonus is that they are strictly a Canadian company!!

Excellent, friendly and immediate service when Staples wouldn't take it. I was able to drive over, they helped me unload, and did it all fast and easy!! Will definitely use again.
