Sharleen services were quick and informative.
Preliminary "service" was hardly existent. I emailed with a specific question, the customer service rep asked me a few questions (without answering mine) and then I was sent a survey asking how satisfied with the service I received. Confused, I responded to the rep to ask if I had missed something and she had sent me a quote or answered my question about scanning art to which she responded "oh, the survey is just if I entered your information correctly, you'll have to call one of our offices for more information about your r... read more
