RecommendedIt's right in downtown Bellevue close to shops and restaurants. The staff is welcoming and the atmosphere is very relaxing. I highly recommend this spa...we have had full body wraps, swedish and hot stone massages, facials, body scrubs, manicures and pedicures.

I booked online and arrived on time. I was given a form to fill out, offered tea or water and asked to pick my color. I filled out the form and returned it to the front desk, picked a color and waited, and waited, and waited in an empty space. Went out after 20 minutes of nothing. My form was on the counter exactly where I'd left it even though the receptionist had returned to the desk. Another employee was sitting nearby.
