I would like to recognize one of your schedulers. On Friday June 6th I called to see if I could get an appointment with a Doctor or PA at the Pitman office. I had fallen and both knees were very sore. Lynne Wilson was the lady who answered the phone and she was wonderful. She looked for appointments for me and ended up scheduling one for Tuesday, June 10th. Everyone that I have met from front desk, nurses, to tech assts and of course doctors all have been amazing! Professional and friendly. Feel at ease!
I’ve been seeing Dr. Brad J. Bernardini for my shoulder and bicep surgery, and the care has been excellent every step of the way. Dr. Brad J. Bernardini is knowledgeable, attentive, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. The staff is welcoming and a delight to work with—they make every visit smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of orthopedic care.
I am finding that this office is dysfunctional- the person, I’ll call her ‘Cindi’ , who is responsible for insurance authorizations does not have access to patient records needed for the insurance authorization! This is what I was told- she never received the papers that my PT faxed to her twice. My problem does not seem important to them or important to my Dr. There is little empathy here, I’m left hanging.
