I would give 5 stars because the providers are great, however be prepared to be on hold for 2 or more hours if you need to speak with a provider care team. I’ve been on hold for over 2 hours 3 days in a row to get a simple inquiry answered about a prescription.
I had a back issue. Staff was very nice both at the desk and in the treatment room. I was there 3 years ago and happy to say nothing has changed. Prompt, personable and professional!
