I did a placement interview over the phone and took off from work to do an in-person meeting. within 5 minutes into my appointment, I was told I needed to have a doctor referral because I mentioned I do consume cannabis on occasion. I was also told I "might" have a vitamin D deficiency (for no reason other than I happen to live in the Pacific NW).At no point during my brief interview was I asked any questions to get the root of my actual problem.
