Found a Reconn Utility Services technician inside my backyard in Allen Park, MI on August 22, 2025, with no prior notice, no knock, and no permission. He entered my property and started working without identifying himself or explaining his purpose. This is a serious safety and privacy issue. Homeowners deserve advance notice and clear communication before anyone enters their property. Please train your staff to identify themselves, obtain permission, and leave written notice if no one is home. Completely unacceptable.
Their trucks always park right in front of the tennis courts at Cunningham Park smoking their cigarettes and idling for hours. I’m talking like 5 and 6 hours consistently every week. It’s so annoying. I don’t know how the hell they make money loitering and polluting and just being annoying. What a crap company.

RECONN Utility Services is a SCAM. They showed up to my house and POSED as my utility company-- even had a fake badge. Don't give them access to your property and always call your utility company to confirm that they sent someone!!! And if these scam artists give you trouble, call the police.
