First time dealing with Michael, got recommended to him from my friend that has a trailer rental business and 3/4 of his fleet is purchased from recon trailers. Michael got me lined up on a real nice flat deck trailer for hauling our bobcat around. Very happy with it. Would deal with him again for sure. With all our small talk we were talking about snowmobiles and he purchased one of my older sleds. So we swapped when I came to pick up the trailer. Straight up guy. He won't waste your time.
bought a trailer with roll off flat deck and bin and there was issues with both. no supports on the roller wheels so they bent immediately. the bin did not track properly onto the trailer so altering needed to be made to the trailer. i was told the repairs would be covered under warrantee and then they ghosted me never to return emails again.
Mike at Recon Trailers was excellent to deal with, very knowledgeable about the trailers, very helpful. Trailer is really well made, i enjoy using it, pulls great, very strong construction, lots of nice features, the Loading Ramps are very easy to use, If you are looking for a trailer i Would recommend Recon Trailers !
