I brought my 2023 Toyota Highlander in for detailing. While the interior looked great, the next day we noticed numerous fine scratches across the exterior that were not there before. This is a newer, garage-kept, well-maintained vehicle, and the damage occurred while it was under the care of Recon Techs. We brought our van in based off of great reviews. I'm very tall and need my seat pushed back quite a bit. The seat motor was working when I dropped it off. When I we picked it up the seat was moved up so far that When I sat down my legs had to bend at a weird angle to sit and drive and the seat motor was broken. They told us that it was broken when we brought it in! Not a chance. On our way home we found out that they messed with out radio as well and we cant get that to function properly either.
