John was able to get my car in for an interior detail on little notice. I did not get an opportunity to pre-clean, however he was very gracious and very thorough. My Passat was cleared of garbage and dog hair and miscellaneous and return to me smelling and looking brand new. My car was not this clean when I purchased it used in 2013.
