Purchased a cap for our 2023 Jeep Gladiator in February 2026 with a passthrough window. What we received was a a cap minus the pass through. Called Recon as soon as item was unpacked and spoke to customer service advisor (Jan) who was surprised to learn there was no pass through. I ordered a 360 awning. After a week of no contact or tracking information half my order was delivered. Then more than 24 hours later I received an email with the ups tracking saying it was delivered. I have sent several emails trying to find out where the rest of my order is with no answer. I call the number provided by the shop app. It was a pre recorded spam for Medic Alert.
Ordered a truck topper on 5/12/24 based upon online listing saying the item was "in stock" and would be shipped shortly. They processed my credit card immediately. Six weeks later and multiple phone calls and emails later, I am told they do not have the product, not have they ever had it. They misrepresented the status of my order on numerous occasions. During the entire six weeks, the website still lists the item "in stock". If I could give a zero rating, I would. Poor customer service.
