The wife arrived 10 minutes prior to appointment time and waited for over an hour to be seen. She checked in several times with the admin desk. She finally left without being seen. The wait time was absurd and getting more so, so she checked out and left. We now have a bogus charge of $25 as a no-show fee. It seems there is no way to appeal this charge as nobody answers the billing office number. I recommend staying away from this clown show. There are better physicians out there.
Absolutely unreal, won't return calls or answer the phone. Good thing we don't need anything. Was told almost 2 months ago I would be contacted in a week or two. Still nothing. Save your money and time !!

Throwaway account, but I absolutely LOVE this facility. I’ve been suffering with headaches/migraines for the last ten or so years, and this has been the only place that actually listened to me, and worked with me to find solutions and medications that worked for me. The nurses, and Dr. Price-Cunningham, are absolutely wonderful. I look forward to my appointments because of their professionalism and their very apparent empathy towards their patients. They truly want to help, and to make you feel better. Highly recommend.
I went to see them last week and had an allergic reaction to an injectable medication that was administered in the clinic. Left 2 VM yesterday. Spoke to receptionist. No call back. No good!
