when unexpected water damage happened at my home and a company was contacted to look at the damage, they tore up floors, opened up walls and basically destroyed my home. Lorin from RECON came out surveyed the damage and sent Mike and Anthony out to totally repair everything from walls to floors. Mike and Anthony were wonderful. Lorin & Beau are top-notch! After a pipe break caused severe damage to our home, displacing us for almost a year, we were grateful to have Lorin navigate insurance and Beau manage the ins and outs of a major renovation project. What impressed me the most was their level of communication. They were attentive to emails, phone calls, and texts, kept me up to date throughout the entire project, and were always happy to answer my 10,000 questions. If I could give Karl and the team at Recon-CT 6 stars, I gladly would. We went through some severe water damage via a broken pipe that negatively affected a number of areas in our home (walls, flooring, woodwork, electrical, etc) and multiple floors. To say that Karl/Recon-CT were meticulous and did absolutely flawless work, would be an understatement. All areas were corrected/recreated in even better condition than the original.
