This place is a joke and their products suck. I bought four fender marker lamps for my dually. Two out of the four didn’t work due to the terminals pushing out the backside of the connector when plugged in. I didn’t feel like dealing with connection issues in the future and decided to return them. They charged me more than the 20% restocking fee on the return. The worst customer service experience I ever had, they take your money and dont stand behind there cheap China products, avoid at all cost, better off buying on ebay
Avoid at all cost. Thankfully my issue is with a $50 key fob. Not a thousand dollar set of headlights. Horrible experience with customer service.
I ordered the smoked marker lights for an '05 RAM, the third break light, and the fender lights. They arrived pretty quickly. I called tech support since it looked like the wiring/holes didn't line up on the marker lights. Clay spoke with me and after I shot him the photos via email, he let me know that it would line up and there's an impression under the gasket that the wire goes in when it's mounted to the cab.
