LEAKING, his work was leaking the next day, upon inspection connections weren't even hand tight, disappointing. I gave him $200 for 45 minutes of work. Not recommended.
Tom is a great plumber/gas fitter who has helped us out on several occasions for our home and our caravan. His work is always of a high standard and he is always responsive. A great bloke too. Thanks Tom
Very prompt call out time. They did not overcharge unnecessarily. Identified and solved my blocked drains within the hour. Extremely honest pricing too. Highly recommended.
Tom charges at a premium and after calling and texting multiple times to come look at one of his errors he never got back to me (I already paid).
Posting a solid word for Tom. I found his will to genuinely help came naturally. Great knowledge. It wasn't to get the work so much ,his price for work was extremely reasonable. Whilst some quotes from other companies were competive also,the price was not capped, so it meant that you were unsure if you would pay further on the day. Tom dosent leave you worried in any way re: costings. * You know how much money you pay, on the day for the job! I think if more people followed this approach,everyone would be very Cheers Tom.
