Excellent tour of the facility with Ms. Brown and the RCG therapy team. Throughout the tour, Ms. Brown explained so much to me about the process and introduced us to staff in both buildings. My heart was overjoyed seeing my son happily engaged with activities during the tour. Ms. Brown even took the time to work with my son when he became inpatient during a transition in between classrooms -- showing him compassion and care. I learned so much in a short amount of time. Very rude, unprofessional, and very aggressive supervisor. Went in to inquire about services and was met with a nasty aggressive unnecessary behavior after waiting patiently for a hour. One of the nice staff whose body language looked like they were scared of her had to remind her i was there with my child. She got loud and laughed about my son covering his ears and when i walked out she aggressively walked up on my son in an intimidating manner trying to incite a reaction. My son will start tomorrow for his first day we are so excited, I can’t thank Mrs. Brown enough she really helped me throughout this whole process and kept in touch .
