Ryan from ReCoat repaired the hardwood floors and the hardwood staircase in our house before we put it up for sale. He came and did a thorough evaluation and told us how he would repair it step by step. He didn’t try to sell us services that we didn’t need and in fact told us that a complete refinish was not needed. He gave us a price and kept to it. Ryan and his team recently completed refinishing the first floor oak floors of our home (January 2026). The house was built 36 years ago (1989). Our two sons were raised here and numerous gatherings have occurred here. The carpet upstairs has been replaced once and needs it again. In my case, I had floor in a very small room recoated. Then were in and out in a matter of a few hours. The floor looks great. I won’t know the wearability for years
