Prices continues to rise. Now they are closing the location for renovations. That was final straw - I have left to a cheaper, closer and better location. Assume another price increase on the way once they reopen. There are several new storage locations opening at almost half the price - and they have people onsite every day to check the facility and vehicles. Do not recommend. Be mindful that they offer drawings for free tickets if you leave 5 star reviews.
Christi took the time to help me find a solution. Apparently the lot I am currently in will be undergoing renovations so I have to move out. She helped with options and we came up with a solution. I appreciate her help.

Another year and another price increase, this time over 25%. The rent has ballooned since Rec Nation bought the storage facility. Buyer beware of price increases and insurance requirements. Time to find a locally owned storage facility that does not take it's customers for granted.
Too expensive, terrible customer service.
