Horrible.inflated fee . $177 rent ends up $240. You pay rent but you also have rent fee plus another hidden fees. See attached picture. Immediately cancel my lease on August 4 th ( 30 days notice) as it is in lease contract ( see attached photo) but they calculate 30 days beginning on first of every month. So my 30 days notice is 56 days obligation to pay( 30 days from September first. See attached picture. Bullying Racketeering . My advice. Stay away from this company also rude customer service. The crew showed up on time. The attention to detail was impressive. Care was taken to prevent any damage to my unit. I am very impressed with their work. Will get them to clean my RV next time.
