I already stated in my review that WE GAVE 30 DAYS NOTICE! We were charged for an additional 25 days beyond the 30 days notice. And their response below is "We require 30 days notice"....this is ridiculous. We had 2 units with this company. We gave 30 days notice to vacate one of them and moved out 5 days before the 30 days and made sure the unit was cleaned, including photos that we sent to them. After the 30 days, they charged us $217.68 for the next months storage! We called them and they flatly said they don't prorate or... read more
