Having to change my review to 1 star. The hole at the wash station hasnt been fixed in close to a year, the gate is broken, they even locked people in and out a week ago and the office wouldn't answer calls. Now it just sits open all the time. The debris situation is even worse.. if you tour it expect nails in your tires because idiots thing right next to the gate is the best place for a dumpster. The protections are gone and customer service is nonexistent. This place is absolute garbage now.
How in the hell are you supposed to get a hold of anyone at this place? Never seen anything like it. Zero management or communication
First off don’t even deserve a star! This is how they leave your personal belongings “secured” with a ZIPTIE then they won’t answer, won’t fix it and they did NOT notify me it was broken in the first place WHATSOEVER! Management will not answer or call back! Go to LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE GARBAGE!
I don’t know what’s going on with this place but it’s impossible to get a response from anyone if you have an issue or question. Started off great at this location but a steady series of issues and nearly impossible to reach anyone other than AI or a call center in South Africa.. seems to have gone downhill quickly
