Really pretty terrible experience. Everything started out great with a prompt quote and paperwork. They were supposed to deal with the title and registration process for a boat I purchased in Michigan for use in Ohio. It took some time for the dealer to get them the paperwork and now it’s been almost 3 weeks since they have what they need and still nothing is done.
