We got our house back in 2010 from reclaimed space I think it was # 4. When we decided to add on 14 years later we called Tracen again. He came out and had a look and was thinking outside the box and thats what we needed. After just over 2 months we got a great living space that you would never even know it was a add on. Very happy and love our "new" house. Thanks to everyone involved that made it happen so fast.

When you think of modular homes, you instantly think of single wide or double wide homes. Reclaimed Space modular homes are far from this. They are custom designed top to bottom using mainly reclaimed barnwood, shiplap, etc. Tracen works with you thru out the entire process from designing to building.
