When we purchased an older home in St. Catharines we hired Reclaimed to help us update bathrooms, refresh the paint and build a beautiful butcher block counter. Everything was done with meticulous care, honest communications and cost-effective problem solving (as is often needed with older homes!!) throughout. Thank you to Brent, Jen and their team!
Difficult to really describe our satisfaction (awe, actually) with the quality and craftsmanship of our kitchen island. We had a fairly accurate "concept" of what we wanted - but Brent was able to turn those ideas into a masterpiece. Everything - absolutely EVERYTHING was better than what we expected. I was on this website bc the work looked beautiful.....I called the man and he answered the call......more than a week later ...2 emails and one phone call left a message and no reply from him .....extremely unprofessional ...you could just told me I’m busy and I just can’t do it sorry ....I would of understood 😐
Brent and his team have completed two projects at our historic NOTL home over the past year. Brent designed, built and installed six radiator covers, built-in shelving and converted a small bath into a closet with built-in drawers and shelves. Design and workmanship were well beyond our expectations. Installation was meticulous and Brent kept our work site very clean and tidy despite having very tight quarters to work in. Reclaimed did a spectacular job turning my half story into a master suite that far exceeded my expectations! I worked with them last year and I can't say enough good things about Brent and Jen. First and foremost they listened and got my vision from the outset. I had some requests that deviated outside the norm in terms of design and materials (reclaimed slate floor, for instance) and they rolled with everything to make it work.
