Highly recommend the breath work session that Harmony hosts, I genuinely look forward to it every time I sign up!
I’ve attended several Transformational Breathwork events and every experience has been amazing. My body’s physical response varies each time, but the emotional response and feeling of body releasing tension has been incredibly helpful in terms of how I react to stress, process grief, and recalibrate my overall wellbeing. Harmony is a wonderful guide throughout the entire process and I wholeheartedly recommend Reclaim Wellness if you’re considering alternative wellness modalities.
