Sold us a hot tub with a “1 year warranty”. The hot tub leaked immediately once it was filled. Unrepeatable and rusted. He has made several appt to repair or pick up the item and hasn’t showed up. He’s promised to refund the money and completed ghosted us…yet when called him from an unknown number the picked up our phone calls right away. I have used Heather for years! No one can get my shoulder muscles like she can. Then she added More services....the lash tint and lift to amazing facials. I take my daughters here too for her acne facials. I get so many compliments on my eyebrows when she waxes them. I'll continue to use Heather at Reclaim Massage.
