I bought my Envo ST 50 from them . After a couple of weeks I went back and bought a new rack, some Arkel panniers, two new lower profile tires, and the top of the line Abus lock. The total bill came to over $1000 .... These guys rock!! They were super patient with me and let me go on multiple test rides. Took out the time to explain stuff to me and made sure I loved the bike. Highly recommend
This store was one of the few certified bike shop for Bosch parts maintenance. Went to this store to ask for Tern Quick Long Haul D9. They didn't have it but kept me in the loop for availability. Luckily someone came to exchange their Quick Haul Long D9 with GSD. It only took few days to have them prepare everything including the accessories.
