I was purchasing quite an expensive lock to replace the same one that had been ruined during an attempted theft. I'm very happy with the quality of the lock however the young man that helped me today seemed very distracted. It took him half a minute to offer me a receipt before he looked up from his phone. Seems strange to be texting while helping out a customer. I'd love to support my neighborhood bike shop but I didn't feel like I was appreciated.
We rented two bikes from this store a couple of weekends ago, it was a busy day and they seemed to be out of “decent” bikes. My sister received a beat up old bike that wasn't functioning properly and it was very squeaky. It was the only bike available with a small frame. She had difficulty riding the bike the whole way, and we weren't really notified from the staff of the condition of the bike prior to going for a long ride. I like to acknowledge the excellent service and the many years of service to the community that this shop offers. Today I stopped by for air in my tire and receiving unconditional service from a young fellow name Barsa. With gratitude, joy and thoughtfulness he got my bike ready for my Stanley Park bike trip. Thank you to all the staff members.
After the RSVP ride, i needed a tune up and new tire. They really took care of me with great service and speed. Highly recommend. So friendly. So knowledgeable
Great service! I left my bike for a tuneup, thinking it will take a day or two considering the busy season! They called me within couple of hours, all rusty screws replaced, the bike rides like new! The Italian mechanic guy is awesome Thanks
