Amazing customer service!
I had my bike repaired recently and the repair technician did a wonderful job on my bike, came in trashed and feels brand new. The quality and detail of the repair is well worth the price and had great interactions with everyone through the whole process.
Came here for a flat and to have my brakes repaired, guy at the desk had a good sense of humor and got it fixed up really nicely. Very quick service too. I woke up to a flat the next day and brought it back and he sorted it out properly, was something super simple not related to the workmanship and he gave me a good chuckle about it. Will continue to get my bike serviced here!
Bike chain broke mid-commute, Sergio and his team kindly made time for an impromptu maintenance request and fixed a broken link. The bike somehow felt way smoother afterwards so I guess they did some extra work on top! Thanks guys!
It was an easy and chill process to rent a bike from this store. Friendly staff. Came back twice in September and would go again!
