Great service! I left my bike for a tuneup, thinking it will take a day or two considering the busy season! They called me within couple of hours, all rusty screws replaced, the bike rides like new! The Italian mechanic guy is awesome Thanks
Went in for a broken spoke. Fixed quickly and they repaired my fender for free as well. Good group!
Paul, the owner, was so so great in helping me pick a helmet. Very informative and understood my needs. We were able to pick a Giro Isode in Black/Red - a color which I loved! He was so charismatic and helpful. One of the easiest purchases I've had recently. I can feel safe commuting to work now!
I can't recommend this bike store enough. I've been a Vancouver commuter cyclist for about 32 years and have been in a few bike shops in that time, some good and some not. I bought a Gazelle e-bike from Reckless and have had it now for about five weeks. I have been back several times with questions, as one does with a new bike.
