Very rude service. My mom who is visiting from abroad had a punctured tire and was stuck on Granville Island when she handed in the bike for repair. She asked the bike smith if her partner could also leave a bike behind for pick up next day, the bike smith checked with his manager (the store owner) who agreed to it after talking to my mom. When we came in to pick up the bike the day after (without having received a promised call about the bike being ready), the manager as well as owner of the bike store let us know very rude... read more
Really nice place!!! Staff are very friendly and now that it is having a clearance sale, products are cheaper. Good selection too. There is free tire air refilling too which is a really great touch. Overall really nice!
