I brought my bike here for a tune-up, 140 bucks and three days later my bike isn’t any better, in fact it’s worse.

We stopped by to look for a basket for our bike. The store was completely empty—literally no other customers—so we expected at least some level of assistance. The woman at the front desk wasn’t doing anything, but she didn’t acknowledge us, ask if we needed help, or offer any suggestions, even though they had a wide range of baskets in stock. I have been going to this shop for the last several months for various repairs on my bikes. Staff have always been super helpful and very timely in getting my bike back to me. I most appreciate the fact that they identify the problem and fix it; I never feel like I am being taken advantage of like I have at other shops. Thanks to Andreas and all other staff for the continued support!
The most condescending experience I’ve had so we took our business elsewhere.
