The staff were very professional and helpful, especially the bike technician. The location is also very convenient (near Granville Island and Vanier Park).
Reckless Kitsilano were excellent in turning around a bike service for me, would recommend, great customer service all round!
Came here when I got a flat mid ride and my phone was dead so it was the only place I could find. I arrived at 5:05 and the sign said they closed at 5:30, when I first walked in they seemed annoying that I came in to get help and spend my hard earned money. There was no sign saying they were closing early. 3 individuals who seemed like the owners/managers were bringing their 'for sale' bikes in the whole time I was waiting, didn't ask me to move once just would push me out of the way to move their things in.
