They should recall the newer plug ins with scent boost button. We have 10 and 7 so far have displayed a red light. The refill is full but the scent wick is burned to a crisp. Most people place scent devices in areas out of view which could pose a risk with how these are acting. We have just wasted close to $200 with faulty plugs and burned scent refills so be weary of purchasing these lower quality safety hazards.
