Bill has been consistently giving me haircuts for about 6 months and every single time he delivers at the highest level. Highly recommend!
Warning! The owner Bill is an arrogant bully. I was told to come back free of charge to fix highlights. I was charged again and when I called to discuss, he was incredibly hostile and unprofessional. I’ve spent thousands of dollars at Recitals for high quality (and expensive) hair care over the years and returned as a client in late summer 2025. I rescheduled an appointment more than three days in advance due to a medical follow-up — no issue. The morning of the new appointment, my six-year-old daughter was acutely ill with severe coughing and vomiting. Adah made my hair look the best it ever has. I went in for a partial highlight and walked out feeling so excited about my hair. This was my second time going to recitals, and both times it’s been affordable, fun, and completely worth it!
