I agree with another, this place is a hidden gem! Ray was one of the few people that could help with our BMW and although it's not a shiny place- I watched him put on booties and take very good care of the car. He is honest, priced fairly, goes above and beyond, fast, and responsive. Close to post and former military. The import place in Alexandria is shiny but when I took it in for another issue, they had our car for over TWO months, left it a wreck, damaged parts of the exterior (for an interior job) - was a nightmare. The 1st time I contacted Recinos and made an appointment he called me a day before and told me he had an emergency in his country and had to leave ( totally understandable) after almost a year's time (post COVID19) I contacted him again to detail my car for the price of $275.00 . I work a lot and at different locations so my vehicle is not always at the same place everyday.
