First off there has been no judgement and we never agreed to pay anything. We have never seen a list of damages or prices. Like I said stop calling and take us to court. Any extra money we have goes for my medical bills. I have 2 terminal illnesses. I'm sick and I don't need you with your hateful attitude calling me. Take us to court or leave us alone.

Company posts collections as garnishment against the statute of limitations. Another shady company with judges in their pockets. Also dodges calls when attempting to settle so they can file garnishment for 3 times the original amount

I received a call and paid $334.00. The rep told me that they would report to the credit bureau and I would see the reflection on 12/1. On December 5th I called and a man said he could not find the account. He eventually did, said "oh it is paid, I'll go ahead and delete this so it will report immediately. Today is December 19th and all 3 bureaus show this is still owned. I should have saved my money and disputed the debt since I didnt enter a contract with recheck. Please report to the credit bureaus immediately!
