For service we give 10 out of 10 Finding solutions another 10 out of 10 From the phone call to Akesha to the service tradesmen that come to the complex to assist in managing our issues, it is a joyful journey. We called Recharge A&E to check our very old 3 head aircon, as it wasn't very efficient and we suspected it was out of the old type of gas. Amazingly it was still full of gas, but due to the age of the units, it wasn't cooling to its full capacity. We received a full report. They weren't pushy to get a replacement, and explained clearly. We would certainly use them if we decide to get new aircons. Thank you.
