Had a horrible experience with Betty! So rude and disrespectful.
I was charged a cancellation fee $98.95 after being unable to access an online session. The appointment was scheduled for 1:00 pm. When I logged in at 1:01 pm, the website showed only past and future appointments and did not display the current session or provide any link to join. There was no way to access the session, which appears to be a website design issue. I had allocated 1:00 - 2:00 pm for the session. Nice people, great vision filling a need, but a heads up to other clinicians interested in onboarding that Recharge currently actively seek to retain more than 50% of session fee per client.
Unfortunately had a terrible experience from the administrative/business side, was all about the money - no issues with the Psychologist I engaged with though. The cancellation policy is firm, the $98.97 charge automatically to your account in under 24hrs - with this not being reversed even in medical/hospitalisation circumstances. I managed, after 2 weeks of back and forth with someone, to finally get someone on the phone who reversed a charge ‘as a goodwill gesture’ - seems like I was just lucky with who I got on the phone... read more
