I've been speaking to Ashlee at Recharge Wellness numerous times over the last few months and she has truly changed my life! The psychology session with Ari was better than I had hoped for. It was my first session and I got a lot out of it. Ari is very understanding and great to talk to. He helped me to understand a lot about my circumstances and gave me helpful tools to work with. I'm very grateful for this opportunity.
Douglas is exceptionaly patient, while addressing my concerns, exhibiting both sympathy and empathy throughout our discussions. He provided a range of effective tools and strategies that I've found to be beneficial in helping me progress with my issues.
