Nice people, great vision filling a need, but a heads up to other clinicians interested in onboarding that Recharge currently actively seek to retain more than 50% of session fee per client.
Unfortunately had a terrible experience from the administrative/business side, was all about the money - no issues with the Psychologist I engaged with though. The cancellation policy is firm, the $98.97 charge automatically to your account in under 24hrs - with this not being reversed even in medical/hospitalisation circumstances. I managed, after 2 weeks of back and forth with someone, to finally get someone on the phone who reversed a charge ‘as a goodwill gesture’ - seems like I was just lucky with who I got on the phone... read more
I am so happy with my phycologist! They are legit and it’s something I’ve needed for so long! Professional and very helpful I love my psychologist!
