I’ve been seeing Conor from Recharge for approx 12 months and sometimes as an individual you struggle to see your own progress. Had a horrible experience with Betty! So rude and disrespectful.
I was charged a cancellation fee $98.95 after being unable to access an online session. The appointment was scheduled for 1:00 pm. When I logged in at 1:01 pm, the website showed only past and future appointments and did not display the current session or provide any link to join. There was no way to access the session, which appears to be a website design issue. I had allocated 1:00 - 2:00 pm for the session.
